Trevor Alexander is from Australia , where he worked for 20 years in the Hospitaity Industry. His past experience with OM is all three ships 2005-2007. He joined Lifehope in July, 2008. He is the Cook & Catering Manager and also the Training Centre Facilities Manager. He provides meals for our Community Encounter participants and organises all the work to be done around the Training Centre. |

Doug was born in the Washington D.C. U.S.A., and was raised in Maryland. Doug is a 2002 graduate of The Southern Methodist College in Orangeburg, South Carolina where he received a degree in Bible and Missions.
He works with the Global Challenge department, working with the community teams in evangelism. Doug's desire is to work with people with disabilities. Doug himself has a disability, but he does not allow it to stop him from the calling that God has put on his life. He demonstrates the freedom he has from his disability using escapology as an illusionist.
Doug got married to Sue this summer.

Kay Atwell is from the United States. She completed her working career with over 43 years of employment. She joined Lifehope upon retirement in January 2008. Kay provides invaluable service in support of maintaining the Lifehope Training Centre.
She assists in the organization of daily tasks performed by the volunteers in the Training Centre and uses her administrative skills in support of others when appropriate.

Lindy Chow is from Hong Kong, where she received her Masters of Divinity from Alliance Bible Seminary. She joined LUKE (now Lifehope) in August, 2006. She works with the Chinese ministry team, leading Bible studies, hosting “welcome” meals for new Chinese immigrants and visiting ministry contacts.
Lindy is excited about her ministry with the local Chinese community and is looking to building more relationships with those in the area.

Steve became the field leader of OM LUKE (now OM Lifehope) in July 2006. Steve and Ros were involved in church leadership and church planting in Galway, London and Cyprus. Steve was an elder in his local church and has been involved in mission trips to Cyprus, Germany and Bulgaria. Their working experience has been as doctors in the NHS, Steve in old age psychiatry and Ros in dermatology.
Steve and Ros have five daughters, one son-in-law and one granddaughter. Steve enjoys walking in the country and playing chess. Ros enjoys visiting art galleries and is a Sudoku fanatic! |

Brent Greiner was born in Alberta, Canada. He is a graduate of Briercrest Bible College. Brent has been involved in full time Christian service since 1983 and with OM since 1990. His ministry is to encourage, resource and equip local churches in the task of evangelism through providing quality city/area-wide evangelistic short term missions for individuals and groups from all around the world.
An experienced Bible teacher, Brent teaches some sessions as part of the OM Lifehope Training Programme. He also leads the Global Challenge (Short Term) area and Church Relations in OM Lifehope. He is married to Carol Ann.

Carol Ann Greiner is from Ontario, Canada. She and her husband Brent joined OM LUKE (now Lifehope) in 1995. She is responsible for graphic design and layout, as well as most of the communication responsibilities.
Carol Ann uses her gifts and talents to help communicate the ministry of OM Lifehope, publicising the diverse opportunities within the training, missions and evangelistic events. She helped create and helps maintain the OM Lifehope website.

Jonathan is from Wales and Amy is from the USA. They met on the MV DOULOS and were married in 1987. They have two daughters and one son.
Since 1995, they have been working with OM LUKE (now OM Lifehope) alongside churches in southern Wales. Their ministry focuses on helping churches reach out into the local communities with the Gospel. Current activities include regular preaching in local churches, holiday clubs, a schools ministry and outreach to the Asian community of Cardiff. |

Andrew has served in OM since 1995, including five years in Pakistan. Married to Sara (from South Korea), they have two children; Clara, born in 2003, and Patrick, born in 2005. Andrew joined OM LUKE (now OM Lifehope) in 2004 to take charge of personnel and member care. His aim is to release others to achieve their full potential in serving God.
He enjoys the mix of people and administration that his job entails. He is currently studying part-time at Birmingham Christian College for an M.A., in Missions. Sara was previously in LUKE in the 1990s and has experience in ministry to Asian women. She helping Andrew in member care and personnel.

Born in British Columbia, Canada, Meg Koh worked as a nurse before joining OM in 1992, where sheworked with the International Co-ordinating Team in London. While working with OM, Meg met Terry (from Singapore) and later worked alongside him in the International Computer Office. They were married in 1995. They have one son and two daughters.

Born in Singapore, Terry was in electronic product design and systems architecture for many years. He joined OM in 1992 for two years before returning to the industry. After graduating in with a degree in Theology from Regent College in Canada, Terry rejoined OM in 2003.
He is a teacher for Lifehope's training programmes, handles technical resources and some administration for Lifehope and, as Area IT Administrator, oversees OM's IT functions for part of Europe. He is married to Meg and they have three children. |

Titus and his wife Bonnie are both from Hong Kong. Titus was ordained as a pastor in 1997 and served as a pastor in Hong Kong until 2000. He was a member of OM's Hong Kong Board of Directors from 1997-2000. Titus also served with OM Macau as Training Coordinator from September 2000 to March 2002.
Titus and Bonnie joined OM LUKE (now OM Lifehope) in June 2002 and are currently leading a ministry to the Chinese people in the UK. They have two children. |

Paul and Elsa Newton both came to faith in Christ as children. Paul is from Lincolnshire and Elsa from Lanzarote. They worked with Wycliffe Bible Translators in Bata, the mainland capital of Equyatorial Guinea. They joined Lifehope in January 2007. Paul works as the training co-ordinator and Elsa, when she is not looking after their two children helps out in the finance office.
They are excited about being involved in helping people who come to Lifehope to recieve good training, grow in their discipleship and discover their vocation, making a differnce for God in the world.

Martin and Mary met while serving with OM in India. They returned to the UK in 1984 to work with the Asian community in Coventry. Martin's goal is to see each home in Coventry equipped with the Jesus DVD or video. He encourages churches and individuals to visit their local areas and works with small groups on this task. Mary enjoys encouraging new believers and being available for those who are struggling. |

Lisa attended the LUKE (now Lifehope) training and then went back to the Netherlands. After 5 and a half years she re-joined OM with her husband Stefan on the Doulos in January 2005. She was involved with training and Creative ministries.
Her job here at Lifehope is on the training team where she uses her passion for training and coaching. The training team teach coach people, who come for 4 months or longer to be missionaries, in local communities. She is also very involved in giving creative training (drama, mime, clowning etc.) when needed. She is married to Stefan who works in the Global Challenge Team. |

Stefan joined OM in January 2005 with his wife Lisa on board the Doulos. While having a great time there learning and growing, the time came to see what was next... God lead them to OM Lifehope in the UK.
After doing different things in his life with organizing and close contact with young people, the Global Challenge team was a place that sounded great and that's where he is involved now. His job? Lining-up / organizing short term missions with local churches and running these missions when they happen, plus many more behind the scenes jobs that he gives him many talents to! Clara and Lawrence served in their local church in Hong Kong for more than 20 years. Lawrence joined OM in 2005. He has earned a MA degree in Bible, Theology and Ministry as well as a Master's degree in Christian Studies accredited by Cornerstone University in the US.
Clara and Lawrence are passionate to reach the Chinese community and overseas students in the UK with the gospel. Their ministry includes regular Sunday preachings, Bible studies and evangelism training in the Chinese churches in the Midlands, supporting University Chinese christian fellowships and evangelism in the Chinese communities. Their vision is to see the Chinese churches actively involved in evangelism locally, nationally and globally. They have three children, Noah, Abraham and Stephanie. |

Born in India to parents who were serving as missionaries and formerly
a meteorologist in the Royal Navy, Andrew was instrumental in setting
up OM LUKE (now Lifehope). He now leads a sailing ministry called Quest
for Life. Operating a 10-berth yacht around the west coast of Scotland,
Andrew welcomes a wide variety of people on board for sailing trips.
Groups includes businessmen, school children, church groups, youth
groups and families. The trips are used for recreational purposes, team
building, schools work, spiritual retreats and other activities that
help increase the quality of people's lives. Time spent on board,
together with the stunning scenery and even the weather offer many
opportunities to help people discover the reality of God and the
tremendous values that the Christian faith can offer their lives. On
other occasions, evangelistic sailing trips stop at ports around the
Scottish coast to share the gospel.
Andrew, who is based in Carlisle, Cumbria is married to Annette and they have six children.

John and Kris have been married for just over twenty years and have four children (Lynne, Tom, Daniel and Jorim). They have been associated with Lifehope since 1990 when they started work as 'tentmakers' in the East End of London. When Kris qualified as a midwife in 2002, they made the move to Cardiff to work alongside the Beacon Centre Trust.
In OM Lifehope, John is the associate field leader and is responsible for The Training Department, Global Action Teams and Marketing . He also manages OM SportsLink. He also supports other OM fields with training as needed.

Stephanie is from Chicago, Illinois, and spent many years there working in professional soccer doing sports marketing for the local MLS team as well as with FIFA for both the men’s and women’s World Cup Tournaments. Before coming to the UK, Stephanie worked for Moody Publishers and also completed courses at Moody Bible Institute, receiving a Masters of Spiritual Formation and Discipleship.
Stephanie works in the Training Team at Lifehope and her roles include training, and member care for all GA’ers (short term people) and volunteers.
Stephanie met her husband Paul during an OM outreach in Birmingham. They enjoy encouraging believers, and reaching out to those who are on the fringes of church. They have been spotted, on the odd occasion, jogging around Halesowen. |

Julian is the leader of the Kids 'n' Things team. Kids 'n' Things aims to present the Christian message to primary school age children (4 - 11 years), using puppets, conjuring, music, drama, mime, storytelling, clowning and much more. The team reaches over 10,000 children each year, through school assemblies and holiday clubs. Julian trains others in children's ministry and takes an active part in the OM Lifehope training programme. He is part of OM Lifehope's leadership team. He joined OM with his wife, Luzia, in 1993.
