mission-net 2009 IN2 England

United Kingdom

We want to create an opportunity for young people attending mission-net 2009 to practically outwork the lessons and teaching learnt at the congress and assess God's calling for their lives. We also want them to make an impact in the community here in Birmingham as they reach out to unbelievers and as they encourage the local church.

You will join an international team of up to 30 people working alongside a mission-minded church and reaching out to its community. OM Lifehope staff will plan the programme in consultation with the church.

As the schools in the area will still be on their Easter holiday break, there will be some activities aimed at children and youth. There will also be opportunities to serve the community and take part in church-based evangelistic events. You might be involved in a kids club, youth event, drama, open airs, door-to-door, social action or other evangelistic events. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate God's love through words and actions. Come prepared to make a difference and be challenged!
